All balancing is carried out on the latest fully computerised
CWT engine balancer with our custom rotor mandrels and
bob weights individually made for each model of rotor.
A
computer printout is sent with the assembly with all weights
and bearing loads before and after balancing + individual
rotor weights. This is extremely beneficial if a rotor
is damaged in an engine as we will be able to supply a
replacement balanced rotor to suit your assembly without
the need of returning the complete assembly.
Apart from rotors a rotating
assembly consists of:
• Front nut
• Front pully
• Front counterbalance
• Rear counterbalance.
• Rear nut
• All key ways
• Eccentric shaft
