Naturally Aspirated
Standard bridge ports are
5mm wide and are CNC milled into your side plates. They
are positioned to Increase opening time and intake/exhaust
overlap. Allowing the engine to make significant power
gains higher in the rev range.
The factory intake port
is marked with a CNC mill to by hand finished by customer
to personal requirements.
J Port (Improved Production
legal bridge port). The bridge port opening slot
is CNC milled with a 6mm ball nose cutter along the outer
edge of the inner water seal groove.
Hand finishing and blending to customers desired porting
angle is required.
Rotor housings will need to be eye browed also. See "Bridge
port eye brows" in "Rotor
housing machining" section.
