The horse power capabilities of the modern turbo rotary
engine has far exceed the capabilities of many of the
materials used by the manufacturer.
We offer a modification
where high tensile studs and nuts replace the factory
thru bolts. These bolts have far greater resistance to
stretching and vibration damage, vastly increasing the
level of axial and torsional rigidity of your engine.
This
is a preferred method of increased engine rigidity over
doweling due to less material being removed from the
outer sections of the factory plate and housing.
The plates
and housings are individually machined on a CNC mill
to exact and repeatable tolerances to accept the studs,
meaning individual damaged plates or housings can be
replaced instead of needing to replace all.
